The Mansions on Fifth Hotel consists of two renovated Gilded Age mansions. The Fifth Avenue House was the former home of industrialist and H.C Frick attorney Willis McCook, while the adjacent Amberson House was built for McCook’s daughter and her husband. Both were completed in 1906. The Fifth Avenue House contains the hotel Front Desk, the Oak Room pub, Parlor breakfast room, and Fitness Center, and offers 13 guest rooms. Amberson House presents elegant common areas, a pleasant front porch, and 9 guest rooms. The two mansions are just 15 feet from each other.
