Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Early check-in is available based on occupancy and is not guaranteed. To inquire about the availability of an early check-in contact the hotel the day of arrival.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability with a maximum time of 1:00 PM. A late check-out after 1:00 PM and before 5:00 PM will incur a half-day room and tax charge. Check-outs after 5:00 PM will incur a full day room and tax charge.
Valet
Parking is available on the Mansions estate. The valet parking fee is $9 per vehicle per night.
Smoking
The Mansions is a smoke free environment. Should a guest smoke in any of the guest rooms a $500 charge will be assessed.
Pets
At the present time the Mansions on Fifth is not pet friendly, but we are happy to recommend boarding that is in close proximity to the hotel. The opening of the McCook Reed Mansion in Spring/Summer 2012 brings one pet friendly room, and there is no weight limit. Any damage to the room by the pet will be assessed.
Sofabed & Roll-a-way Bed Fees
The fee for use of a sofabed or roll-a-way bed is $25 per bed per day. This is separate from a double occupancy rate.
Guestroom Payment and Deposit
At the time a reservation is made, a $100 advance deposit will charged to your credit card. The balance of your stay will be charged at the time of departure. For reservations made within 3 days of your arrival, the first night’s room and tax will be charged as well as a $100 deposit for each additional night.
During high occupancy periods and holidays, a minimum stay requirement will be in effect. In these instances the entire stay may be prepaid, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Reservation Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to the intended arrival without penalty. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of the intended date of arrival will be credited toward a future stay, or will result in forfeiture of a minimum of one night accommodations and taxes.
During weekends, high occupancy periods and holidays, reservations cancelled within 3 days of the intended date of arrival will be credited toward a future stay, or will result in forfeiture of a minimum of one night accommodations and taxes, plus a $100 fee for each night cancelled.
Early Departure
Check out prior to the departure date of the reservation will result in forfeiture of the $100 advance deposit for each night remaining.
No-Show
If you fail to check-in on the arrival date of the reservation it will be regarded as a no-show. The balance of the reservation will be charged to the credit card or record.
